the location proved convenient. tram stops were within a short walk. the hotel room had everything needed. the area seemed quite peaceful.
i found the staff a bit poor. a staff member chased me down the road over a few quid in change. this seemed unprofessional to me. check-in times were inflexible.

the location is quite good. i could easily walk to many places. the room had everything i needed for my stay. the staff were helpful.
my room was a bit small, and i found it difficult to move around. the shower room definitely needs updating. it looked old and tired. the breakfast selection was limited and not amazing.

the staff was very friendly, kind and accommodating. they allowed me to check in an hour early as my double room was ready. they really understand customer needs and were very helpful throughout my stay, which i appreciated!!
the sound proofing wasn't great. i could hear guests next door. it did disrupt my sleep a little.

the location proved very convenient, offering a short walk to various attractions. i also found the building itself lovely (i appreciated the architecture).
the card to enter my room failed twice, frustrating. additionally, there were interruptions early in the morning as i was preparing to leave (it was a bit noisy).
